Listed below is the current species allowed right now. More might be added later, so check back =D. (Just a note... the life span of all these creatures can go up to 15 years. If your character happens to reach this age he/she is old as the hills and WILL die before he/she turns 16 years... x__x)
Main Canine species
Dire Wolf
(Note: This species will be slightly different than their extinct counterpart.)
A dire wolf ranges from 2ft 9in -- 3ft 2in tall at the shoulder and can weigh up to 190 -- 245lbs. They become sexually mature around two years of age and can have up to five pups in a litter. Just like all wolves they hunt in family groups called packs or clans. Alone they can hunt small prey and deer, but may need help from another dire to bring down larger prey like Elk. In order to bring down moose they need to be in a group. They are slower than their Timber cousins, but they have more physical strength.
Timber Wolf
A timber wolf ranges from 2ft 4in -- 2ft 7in tall at the shoulder and can weigh up to 158lbs - 175lbs. They become sexually mature around two years old and can have up to 11 pups (Your limit is 5 for this site). They hunt in family groups called packs or clans. By themselves they can hunt small prey such as rabbits and mice, but in order to bring down large prey such as an Elk or deer they need a pack. The only large game that may give a small pack of timber wolves a problem would be a moose.
Mexican Wolf
A Mexican wolf ranges from 2ft 2in -- 2ft 6in tall at the shoulder and can weight up to 94lbs. They become sexually mature around two years of age like every other wolf and can have to 7 pups (Your limit is 5 for this site). Again, these animals hunt in packs or clans. By themselves they can hunt small prey like mice and rabbits, but they need the help of a pack to catch larger animals like deer and elk. With out the help of timber wolfs or dire wolves these small wolves wouldn't hunt a moose.
Arctic Wolf (
An Arctic wolf stands at about 2ft 2in – 2ft 7in at the shoulder and can weigh around 175lbs. Their ears are smaller to trap body heat and their muzzles are much shorter. During the winter, the Arctic Wolf grows a second layer of fur for protection during the harsh conditions that may occur during the season. The Arctic Wolf is able to withstand sub-zero temperatures for years. They can also survive up to five months of absolute darkness a year, and can live weeks without food. Females can give birth to 3 – 12 pups (The site max is 5 pups) in a litter. Due to the Arctic's permafrost soil and the difficulty it poses for digging dens, Arctic Wolves often use rock outcroppings, caves or even shallow depressions as dens instead. ((Arctic wolves, on this site, stay on Glacialis Plateu during the summer to avoid over heating since the other areas are hotter than they're used to. Once it reaches Fall they may venture down since the temperature is much cooler.))

Main Feline species
Iberian Lynx
(Note: IRL this creature is at critical level endangerment. D: )
The Iberian lynx ranges from 2ft -- 2ft 4in tall at the shoulder and weighs from 22 -- 35lbs. All Lynx have small heads, tufted ears, and heavy bodies with long legs and short tails. Though they live on the ground they are excellent tree climbers. The Iberian lynx is about half the size of the Eurasian lynx. A female Iberian lynx can breed in her first year, but will do so only if there is an available territory for her to occupy. Males mature around two years. Iberian Lynxes only give birth to 1 -- 4 cubs per litter. The Iberian Lynx has four sets of whiskers: two groups on the ears and two on the chin. It uses these to sense its prey. The Iberian lynx prefers scrub vegetation and eats mainly rabbits. Captured prey is usually carried or dragged a considerable distance before being eaten, and the remains are buried.
Eurasian Lynx
The Eurasian Lynx are the largest species of Lynx. They are 2ft 3in – 2ft 5in at the shoulder and weigh around 45 – 65 lbs. The sounds this lynx makes are very quiet and seldom heard, so the presence of the species in an area may go unnoticed for years. They mainly hunt rabbit, rodents, boar, foxes, and deer. As with other cats, taking on larger prey presents a risk to the animal. They hunt mainly by stalking the prey.
Cougar
The Cougar is a slender and agile cat. It stands 2ft – 2ft 5in at the shoulder and weighs around 115 – 198 lbs. From nose to tail it will measure 8 ft long (whoa. X3). Its powerful forequarters, neck, and jaw serve to grasp and hold large prey. It has five retractable claws on its forepaws (one a dewclaw) and four on its hind paws. The larger front feet and claws are adaptations to clutching prey. It isn’t classified amoung the big cats because it can not roar. Like domestic cats, they hiss, growl, purr, chirp, and whistle. They are well known for their ‘screamsEthat sound like a human lady dieing. The cougar will eat any animal it can catch, from insects to large hooved and pawed animals.
Jaguar
A Jaguar ranges from 2ft 3in – 2ft 5in tall at the shoulder and weigh around 124 - 211 lbs. It is strongly associated with the presence of water and is notable, along with the tiger, as a feline that enjoys swimming. The jaguar is a stalk-and-ambush predator, and is opportunistic in prey selection. The jaguar has an exceptionally powerful bite, even relative to the other big cats. This allows it to pierce the shells of armoured reptiles and to employ an unusual killing method: it bites directly through the skull of prey between the ears to deliver a fatal bite to the brain. Females give birth to up to four cubs, and most commonly to two. The mother will not tolerate the presence of males after the birth of cubs, given a risk of infant cannibalism; this behaviour is also found in the tiger
Other species
If I see too many of these running around I'll put the species under limited. :/
Red Fox
The Red fox stands at 1ft -- 1ft 2in at the shoulder and weighs around 7.9 -- 17lbs. As its name suggests, its fur is predominantly reddish-brown, but there is a naturally occurring grey morph known as the silverEfox that has a black silver tone to it. A vixen can produce 1 -- 5 kits per litter (This rp only allows up to 3). The majority of their diet consists of invertebrates, such as insects, mollusks, earthworms and crayfish. They also eat plant material, especially blackberries, apples, plums sunflower seeds, and other fruit. Common vertebrate prey includes rodents (such as mice and voles), rabbits, birds, eggs, amphibians, small reptiles and fish. Foxes have been known to kill deer fawns.
Grey Fox
The grey fox stand at 1ft – 1ft 4in at the shoulder and weighs around 7.9 – 15 lbs. They are the only fox breed that can climb trees. Itfs strong, hooked claws allow it to scramble up trees to escape predators or to reach tree-bound or arboreal food sources. It descends primarily by jumping from branch to branch, or by descending slowly backwards as a house cat. Grey fox vixens have 1 – 7 kits (This rp only allows up to 3). The gray fox is a solitary hunter and is largely omnivorous. It frequently preys upon the rabbits, though it will readily catch voles, shrews, and birds. The gray fox supplements its diet with whatever fruits are readily available and generally eats more vegetable matter than does the Red Fox.
Jackals
The Jackal is 15inches high at the shoulder and can weigh around 16 – 26 lbs. They are predators of small to medium-sized animals and are scavengers and omnivores. Their long legs and curved canine teeth are adapted for hunting small mammals, birds and reptiles. Big feet and fused leg bones give them a long-distance runner's physique, capable of maintaining speeds of 16 km/h (9.9 mph) for extended periods of time. The females give birth to four to six pups (four is the max for this site).
Serval
The serval is one of seven species of small to medium-sized African cats. It has a slender build with long legs. Its back legs are longer than its front legs. It has a small head, large erect rounded ears and a long neck. Its coat is yellowish tan with black spots, bands and stripes. The tails has black rings and its underside is white or light tan. The pattern of every serval's coat is different. A serval weighs between 29 and 41 pounds (13.5 - 19kg). It's body length is 27 -39 inches (70 - 100cm) with an added tail length of about 13 - 17 inches (35 - 40 cm). The height at the shoulder is about 23 inches (60cm). Males are slightly larger than females. Servals are known as good climbers. Except for the shortness of the tail, there is a physical resemblance to the cheetah.
Limited
These species can be found in Izaria, but not much.
Fennec Fox
The Fennec fox stand at 8in at the shoulder and weighs about 1.5 -- 3.5 lbs. Itfs the smallest species of canine in the world. The ears of a Fennec are sensitive enough to hear prey that may be underground; the soles of its feet are protected from the hot desert sand by thick fur. The basic social unit is thought to be a mated pair and their offspring, and the young of the previous year are believed to remain in the family even after a new litter is born. Playing behaviour is common, including among adults of the species. Food sources include rodents, insects, birds and eggs. An individual can jump up to 2 ft high and 4 ft forward, which helps it catch prey and escape predators. When hunting, they seem to stare at the ground while they rotate their heads from side to side in order to pinpoint the location of prey, either underground or hidden above ground. They are able to live without water, as its kidneys are adapted to restrict water loss. They are also known to absorb water through food consumption; but will drink water if available. ((Fennec foxes, on this site, are usually found in Lulune desert since that's the best place for them to live. They can however live elsewhere if need be.))
Black footed cat
The Black-Footed cat stands at 10in tall at the shoulder and weighs around 2.9 – 4.2 lbs. The head appears over-sized relative to the rest of the body. As the name implies, the soles of the feet are black. The black-footed cat is a solitary animal (They can join clans here though..). Due to its small size, the Black-footed Cat hunts mainly small prey species like rodents and small birds, but may also take on rabbits. The Black-footed Cat does not need to drink water, and obtains sufficient moisture from its diet. When cornered it is known to defend itself fiercely. A San legend claims that the Black-footed Cat can kill a giraffe by piercing its jugular. This exaggeration is intended to emphasize the bravery and tenacity of the animal. Females have up to three kittens per litter, but usually only have two. Kittens become independent by 5 months of age but may remain within their mother's range.
Coyote
Coyotes stand at 1ft 2in– 1ft 4in at the shoulder and weigh around 25 – 46lbs. During pursuit, a coyote may reach speeds up to 43 mph and can jump a distance of over 131⁄8 ft. Though coyotes have been observed to travel in large groups, they primarily hunt in pairs. Typical packs consist of six closely related adults, yearlings and young. Coyote packs are generally smaller than wolf packs and associations between individuals are less stable. It has been theorized that this is due to an earlier expression of aggression, and the fact that coyotes reach their full growth in their first year, unlike wolves, which reach it in their second. Litter size ranges from 1 to 19 pups (Holy.. o___o); the average is 6 (This site only allows up to 4). They primarily eat small mammals.
